* Supplied shirts and blouses in an ironing subscription will be ironed with a flat sleeve by default.

* Collection and delivery is included up to 10 kilometers. Collection and delivery is based on exchange once a week. It is possible to deliver back the laundry earlier. There is a extra fee for this. The cost per kilometer, if you exceed the included 10 kilometers is 50 cents per kilometer. For any additional deliveries 50 cents per kilometer is calculated. The minimum delivery costs is 5 euro.
* There is a maximum weight included per box. When exceeding the standard weight a surcharge will be known. For ironing it is 6.50 euros per kilo and for washing and ironing it is 9.50 euros per kilo.
* Holidays are included in the subscription. Therefore it is unfortunately not possible to pause your subscription. If you go on vacation, please let us know in advance so we do not come to you for nothing. It is not possible to reschedule to another week.
